I knew that I should see a San Francisco chiropractor, but I kept putting it off because my days were just too chaotic for the most part. When I realized that they were so chaotic because of the level of pain that I was in on a daily basis, I knew that I was approaching this the wrong way. I decided to contact a local chiropractor and ask about spinal decompression, since I had that done many years ago and the pain was just about non existent for the most part. It had just started acting up about two months ago, and it felt like the same back pain I had when I was recovering from the wreck that took me to my first chiropractic visit all those years ago.
I knew that it was going to be rough to manage a few visits to the chiropractor’s office, since I knew that just one visit was not going to fix what ailed me. When I thought of going on like that indefinitely with the pain though, I knew that I would find a way to make it all work out, which I did.
I had X-rays done first, then my assessment was next. The chiropractor was able to tell from the X-rays where the problem was, though I could have easily told her since the pain was in the same exact spot. I had the spinal decompression done along with some adjustments over the course of the next several weeks, and I knew I had made the right decision to get this done. I had more energy after my first full week, and I was able to do things that I had not done in way too long. I am enjoying life so much more now, and my days are no longer chaotic because I don’t have any pain to make them that way.
